Dan O’Brien

Dan O’Brien is a poet and playwright whose recognition includes a Guggenheim Fellowship in Drama and two PEN America Awards for playwriting. His debut poetry collection, War Reporter (CB Editions, 2013), received the Fenton Aldeburgh Prize. Acre Books published his fourth poetry collection, Our Cancers, in 2021, and will publish a collection of his prose poems, Survivor’s Notebook, in September, 2023. He lives in Los Angeles.
